Introduction

Welcome to Moray Sports Massage. By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift certificate, or enrolling in the 30-Day Mental Reset package, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Bookings & Appointments

Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system, via phone, or in person.

  • When booking an appointment, you must confirm that you have no medical conditions that would prevent you from receiving treatment. If unsure, please consult a healthcare professional before booking.

    Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • If you missed or no showed appointment, payment must be made before you can book or reschedule.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended beyond their expiry date.

  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost, stolen, or misplaced gift certificates will not be replaced.

  • Gift certificates must be presented at the time of redemption.

  • They can be used for any services provided by Moray Sports Massage, unless otherwise stated.

30-Day Mental Reset Package

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration.

  • No refunds will be issued for withdrawing from the program before its completion. Refund before it begins can be requested.

  • Access to digital resources, community support, and coaching is for participants of the program only.

  • Participants are responsible for their own progress and commitment to the program.

  • Moray Sports Massage reserves the right to remove any participant from the program for any behaviour which brings the programme into disrepute.

No Refund Policy

  • All payments made for services, gift certificates, and packages are non-refundable.

  • This policy applies regardless of unforeseen circumstances, changes in availability, or dissatisfaction with services.

Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or relevant health issues before treatment.

  • Moray Sports Massage reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe for the client.

  • Any contraindications or concerns should be discussed with a healthcare professional before booking.

Liability

  • Moray Sports Massage is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in services or programs.

  • By booking a session or enrolling in a program, you accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being.

Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during booking or program registration is kept confidential and used solely for business operations.

  • We do not share client information with third parties.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Moray Sports Massage reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
